If your dentist bought the Chairside Cookbook and gave us your name and email address, we use them to set up your own login, give you access to the course, and email you about it.

We did not get your details from you, so you should know: they came from the dentist who bought the course, we hold your name and email address only, and we use them for the reasons above. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete your details by emailing [email protected]. Your rights are set out in section 10.

7. Text and WhatsApp messages

We only send text or WhatsApp messages to people who have ticked the box asking for them. Those messages are about the Chairside Cookbook, including when pre-order closes and when the fee changes.

Every message includes a way to stop them. You can reply "Stop messages" at any time, and we will remove you.

WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, and your message data is handled in line with WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

8. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We share it with:

  • Protrusive Dental Limited, who provide Loom School, the 90-day accountability group, the live clinic and the 21-Day Photography Challenge through the Protrusive Guidance app. We share your name, email address and phone number so they can give you access, and your course progress so they can verify your CPD and issue your certificate. • If you unsubscribe or ask us to stop: we keep the minimum needed to make sure we do not contact you again
  • If you hold a nurse's seat: for as long as your access lasts, and three years afterwards
  • Marketing consent records: kept for as long as we rely on that consent, and then for a reasonable period afterwards so we can show it was given
